Does this BMS-EV fit my inverter?

Yes — the product has been specially configured for the listed inverter model (Goodwe, Solax, Deye, SMA, Fronius etc.). Every controller has pre-flashed firmware matched to the specific battery + inverter combination. If you have a different inverter, we have 60+ configurations - write to office@bms-ev.com.

Is this plug-and-play or does it require setup?

BMS-EV is delivered fully configured. Just connect CAN cables to the EV battery and inverter, supply 12V power, and the system starts communicating. Average installation time is 30-60 minutes with basic tools.

What is the warranty and technical support?

24-month manufacturer warranty. Technical support (email, phone +48 506 112 993, TeamViewer) free for the entire warranty period. In case of failure — replacement or repair within 14 days.

Can I return the product?

Yes — 14 days return policy per EU law. Refund within 5 days of receipt. Product must be in undamaged condition with original packaging.

What are shipping costs and delivery time?

Free shipping within EU. Delivery time: PL 1-2 days, EU 3-5 business days. We ship via DPD/UPS (EU). Tracking number via email.
