§1 Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
§2 Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
§3 How to Withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Send an email to:

Please include:
- Order number
- Date of order and receipt
- Your name and address
- Statement of withdrawal
§4 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery).
§5 Return of Goods
You must send the goods back within 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.
§6 Refund
We will refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
§7 Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to customer specifications
- Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
